In 2018 BCD Travel closed the financial year with US$ 27.1 billion in total sales. Sales grew by 6% over 2017, and new sales again surpassed the US$1 billion mark. BCD’s focus on partnership and innovation, designed to engage travelers and drive intelligent programs, continued to attract new business and enable current clients to extend the reach of their programs.

  • Foundation of BCD Travel on 3 January 2006. When BCD Holdings N.V. announces its decision to purchase TQ3 Travel Solutions Management Holding GmbH, as well as a majority interest in The Travel Company. The 2 companies are united with WorldTravel BTI under one ownership and management structure.
  • BCD Travel formally begins trading under its new brand on 31 March 2006.
